Starting something new can feel intimidating. Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often from new students.

Not at all. Most of our members started with no martial arts experience whatsoever. Our classes are designed to help beginners learn in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

Yes. You don't need to be in great shape before you begin. Training will naturally improve your fitness, strength, mobility, and endurance over time.

For your trial class, simply wear comfortable sports clothing such as a t-shirt and shorts or tracksuit bottoms. If you decide to continue training, we'll advise you on suitable training equipment.

Safety is our top priority. Classes are taught in a controlled environment, and students are encouraged to train at an appropriate pace for their experience level. Our instructors closely supervise training to ensure everyone can learn safely.
